Where and under what conditions can I change the beach towel?

You can get your beach towels from the SPA center (floor -1) using the towel cards given to you during check-in. The towel cards must be returned to the reception during check-out. Beach towels can be changed once per day.

Where and under what conditions can I host my visitor?

Visitors from outside are not allowed in our facility.

How can I place a flower order?

You can place your flower orders by contacting the “Guest Relations” department.
The Guest Relations desk is located in the lobby.

How can I rent a car?

You can rent a car from the “Rent a Car” desk located in the lobby.

Where and how can I get Wi-Fi internet?

You can get internet access from the Wi-Fi desk located in the lobby.

I have allergies to certain foods, what can I do?

You can contact the Guest Relations department to fill out an “Allergen Form” and show this form to the Kitchen staff before meals. You can also check the “Allergen Information Card” on the food labels at the buffets.

How and under what conditions can I arrange a birthday celebration?

You can contact the “Guest Relations” department to arrange a birthday celebration.

Where can I follow the animation activities?

You can follow the daily entertainment program through our Hotel APP or from the posters located near the pools. You can also get detailed information from the animators.

Under what conditions can I receive doctor services?

You can apply to the doctor’s office located in our facility (floor -1) and receive a paid examination.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: 14:00
Check-out: 12:00

Is early check-in and late check-out possible?

For early check-in and late check-out requests, you need to contact the reception and inform them of your request. Depending on availability, you may use our facilities for an additional fee.

What is the age range for Mini Club use?

It is available for children between the ages of 4 and 12.

Can I bring my pet to the hotel?

Pets are not allowed in our facility.

How can I have my laundry washed or ironed?

Fill out the laundry form located in your wardrobe, place your clothes in the laundry bag also found inside the wardrobe, and leave them on your bed along with the completed form. The housekeeping staff will have your laundry washed or ironed and returned to you. This service is chargeable and will be added to your room bill at the reception.
